T: We use the latest technology to create and digitize the best possible personal trainer, one that has truly holistic fitness knowledge and that can adjust to each individual. This means Zing is able to train people of different ages, fitness levels and goals, by providing the ideal workout program for them to achieve sustainable changes.
Zing's primary mission is to provide everyone with an opportunity to train with a personal coach and access a premium fitness experience. Hiring a personal trainer comes with an array of concerns and problems:
- No access to gym or boutique studios
- Workouts with a personal trainer cost a fortune
- One-size-fits-all training fitness solutions without personalization
- Lack of knowledge and experience
- No access to health data tracking
- Lack of schedule flexibility
- Values and approach mismatch
To solve these problems, we've created a virtual AI-fueled expert coach, powered by technology and science, accessible to everyone, anytime, anywhere.
Zing Coach provides a truly individualized training approach focusing on users' goals, physical abilities, limitations, needs, health data, and real-time feelings. We want to ensure users progress towards their goals with optimized workout plans, overcome their fitness fears with coach guidance and support, and build healthy live-long habits. Even more, our AI-powered virtual coach discovers true motivational triggers and helps users make fitness a habit.
For many years, I have been involved in various sport and fitness activities. It's the psychological aspect of training that I'm most interested in. I try everything on myself: every part of the project, every exercise, every workout. And, of course, the whole extraordinary Zing Team and Advisors do the same!
Palta has generously shared its expertise in all aspects of health and fitness with Zing, helping us develop the best app possible.
The Palta team is always very responsive, helping us not only with complex technical tasks, but also with recruiting and growth. Without Palta's incredible support, Zing would be far more challenging and slow to develop.
