TAKE 5 WITH ALEXANDER
1. What is your role at Palta?
My key focus here is on launching new companies: working closely with potential co-founders, helping them to build relationships with Palta partners, discussing new ideas, validating market perspectives, and putting dream teams together.

2. How do you personally help companies?
I'm the "glue" person in Palta, building horizontal networks between companies to ensure knowledge and experience are shared. My day-to-day job revolves around helping our companies to attract the required expertise and guiding them throughout the product lifecycle.

3. Marketing OR Product?
Well, I studied traditional, 'good-old-days' marketing and that begins with a product – the 4P marketing mix model. When I left university with a degree in advertising, my mother chuckled and pronounced the words that I carry with me to this day: good wine needs no bush.

4. What is your ultimate advice to founders?
I would refer to a simple yet so powerful quote: "Do what you love". I believe in our co-founders, who are, in a good way, obsessed with their ideas and deeply immersed in the areas they are working on. If you truly love what you are doing, you will be ready to face the challenges arising on your entrepreneurial journey and ready to think in the long-term.

5. If you met Elon Musk, what would you say to him?
I like his ambition. I mean, his aim to create an interplanetary species is craaazy ambitious. So I would probably ask him where he draws the line between ambition and madness!
